In addition each entrant will receive a racepack approx. four weeks before race day containing:
B: A second £15 discount voucher off ASICS running shoes, courtesy of Sweatshop;
C: A coupon worth £2.50 off the price of entry to the new Household Cavalry Museum on Horse Guards Parade off Whitehall;
D: An official classic cotton t-shirt in Union Jack red white and blue;
E: The official A4 glossy event programme containing all race day details including tips on hydration, training, etc.;
F: Discount coupons for West End theatre productions (to be confirmed).

In addition, on race day, runners will receive:
G: A finishers medal with Buckingham Palace on the reverse, and,
H: A post race goodie bag when they return to the Baggage Bays.

If your online entry has been successful and your account has been debited for £29.50 your 2009 race entry on 12 July is confirmed.

Race packs will be sent out to all successful applicants 4 weeks prior to race day. Please note that there are no refunds except in extenuating circumstances.

I declare that I will abide by the Laws and Rules for the competition of the IAAF and other bodies, that I will be 15 years or over on 12th July 2009, that I will compete on foot (no baby strollers, roller blades, Skateboards etc) and that I enter and intend running entirely at my own risk. To the extent permitted by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, neither Union Jack Sports Limited nor it’s sponsors and suppliers be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury resulting from negligence, wrongful act or default of Union Jack Sports Limited, its sponsors and suppliers or their respective servants or agents or from any other cause, including an act of God or physical condition of the competitor. Union Jack Sports Limited reserves the right at it’s absolute discretion to alter the date of the event, to change the published course or the contents of race packs as deemed necessary at any time.
