This year's Experian Robin Hood Marathon incorporates Full and Half Marathons, the Cooper Parry Corporate Challenge, the ClinPhone Charity Challenge, the BBC Radio Nottingham Fun Run and the Don Scott Mini-marathon.

On their wayFirmly established in the athletics calendar, this is the 6th Robin Hood Marathon and Half Marathon organised by Sweatshop and the 26th time it has been run. We believe that the race is going from strength to strength and our aim is to make this fantastic Nottingham event one of the best in the country.

Experian Robin Hood Marathon and Half Marathon: Starting and finishing at Victoria Embankment, you will run past many of Nottingham's historical sites and scenic parks. There have been some improvements to the course for 2006, particularly to the early part of the race. [more]
BBC Radio Nottingham Fun Run: Run, walk or jog this 2.5 mile fun run, which starts and finishes at the Victoria Embankment. [more]
Cooper Parry Corporate Challenge: Launched in 2003, this race is specifically designed for businesses wanting to enter a team of five people to run the half marathon (13 miles) in relay format between each water station. The water stations are positioned at 3, 6, 9 and 11 miles therefore allowing each team member to run approximately 2.5 miles. ClinPhone Charity Challenge: Offering a trip for two to The New York City Marathon 2007 for the runner who raises the most amount of money for the Official Charities. [more]
Don Scott Mini-marathon: The DSMM is a 2.5 mile fun run, held as part of the Experian Robin Hood Marathon on Sunday 10 September starting at Victoria Embankment, Nottingham. The event is held in recognition of the work of the late Councillor Don Scott, former Chair of Education at Nottingham City Council. More details to follow...
